Chris is a Registered Psychologist with a Masters of Counselling from the University of Calgary. Chris has worked extensively with youth, adults, and families for over a decade in a variety of capacities. Through the use of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focused practices, and strength-based approaches, Chris is able to develop personalized support to assist clients with the unique challenges they face. Chris excels at creating a non-judgmental and safe environment which is key to identifying unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviours that often contribute to the spiral of poor mental health practices. Through the process of collaboration, Chris aims to support clients explore alternate options that promote resilience, confidence, and positive mental health.

Angela is a Provisional Psychologist who provides therapy for individuals, teenagers, and couples navigating a variety of life challenges. She is passionate about creating a safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative environment where clients can explore difficult thoughts, emotions, and experiences while working toward meaningful change. Together with her clients, Angela explores how past experiences may shape the present, identifies patterns that influence thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, and helps clients develop new perspectives and strategies that support growth and well-being. She integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), tailoring therapy to each client's unique needs and goals.

Jaclynn is a Certified Life Coach through Canada Coach Academy with a Bachelor of Education from the University of Alberta. Jaclynn has also been trained in the Five Behaviours of Effective Teams and has experience in leadership coaching and team building. Jaclynn’s mission is to drive others to challenge themselves and take healthy risks so they can learn and grow to their full potential. With continuous growth at the forefront, clients will feel empowered to pursue and accomplish purposeful goals.
